Shipping policy

We use the most reliable courier services in India and DHL Express for our international customers. To ensure a seamless delivery, please provide your full address with pin-code and both a primary and alternate contact number.

  • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched on the same day the order is placed.

  • Domestic Delivery: Typically takes 2–7 working days.

  • International Delivery: Transit times vary by country and will be estimated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Within India: We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders. Prices are inclusive of GST.

  • Reverse Shipping: For any returns or exchanges, the customer has to request an exchange and our delivery partner will collect the product at your doorstep

  • International: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country.

Note: For international orders, any Customs duties or VAT imposed by the destination country must be borne by the buyer.
